In-store pickup
- Free in-store pickup is available.
- You will receive an email or a call when your order is ready.
- You have 30 days to pick up your order after notification.
- Storage fees may apply if the order is not picked up within this period.
Local delivery by Tempo
- We will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- The driver will also call you before arriving.
- Full payment is required before the delivery date. If payment is not received, delivery will be postponed to a later date.
- Delivery dates are planned to optimize our routes; it may not always be possible to accommodate all preferences.
- Before the driver arrives: please ensure your driveway is clear of vehicles or obstacles.
- Delivery is made directly to the driveway. We do not place orders in the yard or garage.
- It is your responsibility to check your order before the driver leaves.
Third-party carrier delivery (accessories)
- Orders are usually processed within 48 business hours.
- Delivery time is generally 5 to 7 business days after processing.
