Shipping policy

In-store pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available.
  • You will receive an email or a call when your order is ready.
  • You have 30 days to pick up your order after notification.
  • Storage fees may apply if the order is not picked up within this period.

Local delivery by Tempo

  • We will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • The driver will also call you before arriving.
  • Full payment is required before the delivery date. If payment is not received, delivery will be postponed to a later date.
  • Delivery dates are planned to optimize our routes; it may not always be possible to accommodate all preferences.
  • Before the driver arrives: please ensure your driveway is clear of vehicles or obstacles.
  • Delivery is made directly to the driveway. We do not place orders in the yard or garage.
  • It is your responsibility to check your order before the driver leaves.

Third-party carrier delivery (accessories)

  • Orders are usually processed within 48 business hours.
  • Delivery time is generally 5 to 7 business days after processing.
